Trying on items is allowed, but wearing/using them beyond fitting purposes is not permitted.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or issue only a partial refund if items show signs of wear, stains, odors, damage, or missing tags.
3. Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to personal preference (e.g. change of mind, size preference, style preference), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any applicable international shipping fees and customs charges.

4. How to Request a Return

Ship the item according to the instructions provided.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method (track & trace), as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of shipment.
5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the return is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are only reimbursed where required by law or where explicitly agreed by us.
6. Delivery Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Address errors should be reported as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of placing the order.
